Title:  "The SFR-M* Correlation - New results from AAS"

Abstract:

The well-studied relationship between galaxy star formation rates and stellar masses provides many clues about the physics of star formation throughout cosmic time. We re-examine this relationship using a mass-selected sample of 62,000 star-forming galaxies at z < 1.3 in the COSMOS field and find that the correlation turns over to shallower slopes at high stellar masses. In this talk, I will describe our recent work, as well as review new results that were presented at the AAS winter meeting last month.
