Research field and projects:
My research interests are in galaxy evolution. In particular I study the stellar populations of galaxies from their spectra and the interplay between the galaxy baryonic content, star formation history, morphology and environment.

I'm interested in 1) extending stellar populations studies to intermediate and high redshift, 2) gathering more detailed insight into local galaxies, in terms of spatial
resolution and chemical information.
