Visit by Kenneth Wong

Kenneth Wong

Kenneth Wong from ASIAA is visiting DARK on May 7th to give a cake talk.

Kenneth Wong is an EACOA Postdoc Fellow at ASIAA, working primarily with Sherry Suyu.  His research interests are in galaxy evolution and cosmology.  In particular, he uses strong gravitational lensing to study the mass structure of distant galaxies and constrain cosmological parameters.

He has also done some work on using massive galaxy clusters as gravitational lenses to magnify high-redshift galaxies. He has worked primarily with optical data, but have started branching out into submillimeter observations.
