First result from Event Horizon Telescope project

The Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) is a global network of radio and sub-mm telescopes with focus of studying supermassive black holes in the centers of Milky Way galaxy and the giant elliptical galaxy M87. This network has been working to capture the first-ever image of a black hole. EHT will hold a Press Conference Wednesday April 10th, at 15:00 CEST where the first results of observing a supermassive black hole will be revealed.

A satellite Danish Press Conference will take place at DTU Space Wednesday April 10th starting at 14:30 CEST.
