Visit by Nissim Kanekar

Nissim Kanekar is visiting DARK from 24-27 November 2013. He is here to collaborate with Lise Christensen on their VLT data on damped Lyman-alpha systems. He will also give a seminar on his research work.

Nissim is currently a Reader and a Rumanjan Fellow at the National Centre for Radio Astrophysics. His main research areas are: Galaxy evolution, Fundamental constant evolution, the interstellar medium and Radio astronomy.
