Visit by Kasper B. Schmidt

Kasper Borello Schmidt is visiting DARK from 25 – 27 June 2014. He is here to discuss and present luminosity functions and spectroscopic campaigns at the epoch of reionization with Hubble imaging, Hubble grisms and Keck's multi-object spectrograph MOSFIRE.

Kasper is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California Santa Barbara. His main research areas include: HST Grism Spectroscopy Luminosity functions at the Epoch of Reionization (z>6), spectroscopic follow-up of sources at z>6 and optical variability of Quasars.
