In your browser, go to: https://zoom.us/join and enter the meeting ID in box provided, click 'Join meeting'. 

You are then given the option of joining via the Zoom App or via another app. If you don't have the Zoom App available, you can either download the app or join the meeting via a browser. In both cases, there are links below the clickable button 'Launch meeting'.

As you enter the meeting, you will need to adopt settings for your audio, microphone and video.

It is recommended to listen in with headphones. To optimize the experience, you may want to turn off your video as then the visual presentation and the sound is often more smooth (fewer freezes). Always keep your microphone muted unless given permission to open your microphone to ask a question. You can communicate also via the chat function. You'll find the chat as a speaking bobble icon at the bottom of the zoom window. You can direct your chat communication directly to the host of the meeting or to everyone (use the pull-down menu inside the chat-window). You leave the meeting using the red button in lower right corner.
