Bio
My main areas of scientific interest are on the astrophysical processes that govern accretion state changes of Active Galactic Nuclei (changing-look AGN), the occurrence rate and chronology of energetic phenomena in major galaxy mergers, and the evolution of supermassive black hole pair systems. I use radio interferometers, such as the Very Large Array (VLA) and Very Long Baseline Array (VLBA), to probe these phenomena at high angular resolution, revealing fine details about their structures and histories. By combining radio observations with multi-waveband information, I seek to form representative evolutionary scenarios of these inherently complex systems.
